In November 2011, the NIKE Inc. Board of Directors approved a company policy on political contributions, trade association memberships and policy position adoptions. In addition, we disclose on applicable government registries and platforms, information about our policy advocacy, relevant trade associations and the names of representatives engaged in lobbying or advocacy on behalf of NIKE, Inc. our global and territory policy hubs.
